Delivery charges: Check the options for your products and order. Bulky goods are charged per delivery rather than per item, unless two trucks or a crane truck are required. Extra crane truck costs may be invoiced separately. A new pickup depot does not automatically extend the delivery zones shown above.

Before you visit

Pickup made simple

Order online. Choose your preferred depot at checkout. The pickup locations are listed on each product. Purchases cannot be made at the depot.
Wait for confirmation. Orders placed after business hours are processed from the next business day. Friday and weekend orders may require additional time. Travel only once your pickup is confirmed.
Bring your collection reference and suitable transport. Present your reference at the depot office. Orders may be picked when you arrive; allow extra time during busy periods.
Check your goods before leaving. Confirm the items and quantities match your order.

DUE TO OH&S REGULATIONS AND FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING.

Pallets and orders can only be loaded to suitable transport. If the depot deems that your transport is not suitable they may not let you take the items, in which case we can arrange delivery if within our local delivery zones, refund the order or you can return with suitable transport.
The depot will refuse to load or let you load the glass if you do not have suitable transport, in some cases the depot can sell you a pallet to safely transport the glass on.
Staff will do their very best to pick your order quickly at distribution centres, however orders are picked when you arrive and sometimes the depot is very busy. Just use your collection reference when arriving at the office and remember items cannot be purchased at the depot.

Arranging your own transport

Sending your own courier to collect?

If you select pickup and arrange a courier to collect your order, please notify us beforehand. The depot will need to pack the goods for courier transport. Packing charges and preparation time apply.

All goods must be checked at collection, including when collected by your courier. We cannot guarantee that goods transported by your own courier will arrive undamaged.
