How do I know which delivery option to choose?

If purchasing any large items like pool fencing panels, fence panels or shower screens then please choose the local delivery option and ensure your address is within our local delivery zones. 


If purchasing smaller items like shower screen brackets, hinges or spigots then we can deliver these Australia-wide. Please choose the domestic shipping option. Do not choose the Domestic shipping option (small items) when choosing large items. 


My delivery address isn't within your local delivery zones and I'd like to order some fencing, what options do we have?

You can either collect from one of our depots, or we can quote to arrange delivery to a toll depot, or you can arrange your own freight. If you'd like to arrange your own freight we will charge a fee to pack on a pallet, your order will then go into a queue to be packed, this can take up to 2 weeks. Any pallet fee will be sent via an invoice to your email. 


Why does your website ask me to enter shipping details if I choose the pick up option?

This is just a way of validating a customers details, sometimes the customer chooses the pick up option by mistake, we can then send a delivery invoice and will have the shipping details due to this. 


I'd like to order an entire pool fence system from you but am confused with some terminology.

Please send over a sketched plan of your fence area, we can send a quote and answer any questions you may have. 


I'd like to collect an item, how do I do this?

Please add your item to the shopping cart and choose the collection option, then, leave a note at checkout to say which depot you would like to collect from. Once the order is received we will come back to you with a collection reference and the full address. Collection is only possible between 7.30am and 3pm weekdays. 


I need a custom piece of glass, can you arrange this?

Depending on your delivery address we may be able to supply this, please contact us.


We need a certificate of compliance can you provide this?

Yes, we can send a form 15 for all of our products that need a compliance certificate. 


You have lots of different brands of hardware, can we mix them? 

Be advised that colours and finishes may not max if mixing hardware types, also, we may invoice for an extra delivery fee if some hardware is stocked in different locations. Check each individual listing for locations. 


Do you close for the Christmas holiday period?

Our industry shuts down for a 3 - 4 week period over the Christmas holidays for a well earned break. Due to this, please see last order dates for receiving your goods before the holiday closure. 

Large and Bulky items like glass pool fencing, fencing, shower screens and any items which need to be "locally delivered" will need to be ordered before 6th December. 

Any smaller items which can be couriered to you like brackets, clamps, hinges and spigots will need to be ordered before Friday 16th December.


We will still be accepting orders throughout the Christmas holiday period but please note that the order will not get processed until the week of the 9th January 2023
