The strength of the Zero Hinge surpasses all others, capable of handling glass doors more than 50-percent heavier and 15-percent wider. A glazier can complete the entire installation, (including clamps), from outside of the shower. Installation is substantially more efficient as the hinges are mounted to the glass in the prone position and then attached to pre-installed wall mounts.

Versatile Installation Options

The Zero Hinge Set offers a sleek, next-generation solution for shower installations, consolidating more than 15 standard hinge configurations. Accessory kits are available to transform this innovative hinge to support other popular shower enclosure applications and mounting angles: 90 Degrees , 135 Degrees , and 180 Degrees . The accessory kits consist of adapters that are installed into a pair of identical Zero Hinges that are mounted back-to-back, fixating the mounting angle of the glass panel.

Note:
For 135 Degrees installations, use the glass cut-out specified in the Technical Documentation. For full-height installations, ensure a minimum clearance of 56 mm from the top hinge and allow an additional 3 - 4mm
space below the glass for the fully compressed sweep.
