A flat-packed aluminium slat enclosure for pool filtration equipment, wheelie bins, air conditioning units or a generator, built with a lid on stainless gas struts so you can lift it for access. The 65mm slat comes in ten finishes (White, Surfmist, Primrose, Paperbark, Dune, Basalt, Woodland Grey, Monument, Satin Black, Mill), with slat spacing of 0mm, 5mm or 9mm and a choice of open or slatted back panel. It arrives cut to size with hinges, a gate stop and the gas struts included, and assembles without welding. Order width from 600mm to 1850mm, back height from 675mm to 1594mm, and depth from 523mm to 1179mm. Internal clearance runs roughly 55 to 70mm less than the ordered depth and about 100mm less than the ordered width, and base plates protrude a further 25mm each side. Free collection is available from Gold Coast, Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Cardiff or Perth, and manufacture takes about three weeks (up to five in busy periods). The slatted lid sheds water, but the enclosure is not designed to be completely watertight.

For approximate internal clearances, take 55 mm off the wall mounted depth; 70 mm off the free standing depth; 55 mm off the height and 100mm off the width. The front will be about 46mm shorter than the back

Allow about 3 weeks for these to be ready. If in Sydney we can only deliver to the Eastern Creek Toll depot, (usually about $180) you can collect from there. See below for other delivery areas.

We cannot make any other sizes other than ones displayed in the drop downs, we also cannot install. These enclosure are also not acoustically rated and the side gap at the top will vary depending on height and depth chosen.

Please note that you'll need to be proficient with a cordless screwdriver, we recommend one with impact action. Any builder, carpenter, tradie or handyman should be able to put these together.

Each enclosure will come flat packed in 3  bundles and you will need to assemble them as per the instructions. Everything will be cut to size for you. We highly recommend reading the instructions prior to purchase.

If ordering an enclosure which is less than 900mm deep then we recommend not using a gas strut as these are designed for the heavier lids. However, feel free to try one as this still may assist with the lifting of the lid.

• Door and lid frames, support profiles, channels and front angle bar.

• Lid centre support rail, cover and end cap.

• Door hinges and stops.

• Stainless steel lid hinges and a pair of gas struts.

• End caps, slat retaining clips and lid bump stops.

• Starter blocks and slat spacers, where applicable to your selected spacing.

• Assembly screws, four guide slats and lid warning stickers.

Rear configuration:

• Closed-back option: Rear panel slats, side frames and F channels.

• Open-back option: Left and right rear support braces with screws.

Purchased separately: Ground anchors or fixing bolts suitable for securing the enclosure to your installation surface.

When is this enclosure the wrong choice?

It's not watertight: the slatted lid sheds water but rain gets in, so it's not the right choice for anything that must stay fully dry. Sizes are limited to the dropdown's increments, no other custom size is possible.
