   Measure the top and bottom widths, as well as the left and right heights.
   The doors or tracks do not come packaged in anyway, please bear this in mind when collecting. The doors are not painted white,
   they will come as raw grooved MDF

What is a VJ sliding wardrobe door system?

This is a custom-made sliding wardrobe door system featuring VJ-grooved MDF panels within fully framed aluminium surrounds. Depending on the width of your opening, the system is available with two, three or four sliding doors.

The MDF panels are supplied raw and unpainted, ready for you or your painter to finish in your preferred colour.

Who is this product suitable for?

These doors are ideal for homeowners, builders and renovators wanting the classic appearance of painted VJ or shiplap-style wardrobe doors.

You will need to paint or seal the raw MDF panels before use. Delivery is currently available throughout North Brisbane, South Brisbane and the Gold Coast only.

Will the doors fit my wardrobe opening?

Our VJ sliding wardrobe doors can be made for openings up to 4800mm wide and 2440mm high.

As wardrobe openings are not always perfectly square, please measure:

• The width at both the top and bottom of the opening

• The height on both the left and right sides of the opening

Measure the exact finished opening without making any allowances. After placing your order, email us all four measurements so the doors can be manufactured correctly.

The sliding track is 82mm deep. Shelves, drawers, clothing rails and other internal fittings must not project into this space, as they may prevent the doors from operating correctly.

What is included?

Your custom wardrobe door system includes:

• Raw VJ-grooved MDF door panels

• Fully framed aluminium door surrounds

• Top and bottom tracks

• Pre-installed wheels and operating hardware

The top track is installed using appropriate screws, while the bottom track is secured using a suitable silicone adhesive.

Please note that the doors and tracks are supplied without protective transport packaging. If collecting your order, you will need to bring suitable blankets, padding and restraints to transport everything safely.

Do the doors need to be painted?

Yes. The VJ MDF panels are supplied raw and must be properly painted or sealed before use.

Raw MDF can absorb moisture and may swell or become damaged if left unfinished. We recommend sealing all exposed surfaces and edges and following your paint manufacturer’s preparation and application instructions.

When might this product not be suitable?

This system may not be suitable if:

• You do not want to paint or seal the raw MDF panels

• The wardrobe is located in a damp, wet or poorly ventilated area

• Shelving, drawers or rails extend into the front 82mm required for the tracks and doors

• You require delivery outside North Brisbane, South Brisbane or the Gold Coast
  

• You cannot safely transport the unwrapped doors and tracks when collecting

These doors are manufactured specifically to the measurements you provide. It is therefore essential to measure carefully, as incorrectly supplied measurements cannot be corrected after manufacture.
